Entitlements

Logos: Upon confirmation, please forward a print quality logo to the Conference Manager to ensure full acknowledgment and promotion of your involvement in the conference is received.

Program Advertisements: Advertisement specifications will be provided by the Conference Manager by 1 September 2025. All artwork must be received by the Conference Manager by 31 October 2025.

Pull-up Banners: Sponsors are encouraged to bring their pull-up banner to the conference venue. Should you need to have your banner couriered, the Conference Manager will provide a delivery label. The banner will be set up and packed down on your behalf, however no responsibility is taken for any loss or damage that may occur. It is the sponsors responsibility to organise the collection of the banner from the conference venue within 2 days of the conference completion.

Registration & Function Tickets: All complimentary registrations and social function tickets must be allocated by 31 October 2025. Exhibitor registrations include entry to the exhibition area and daily catering. Entry to the conference program and social functions is not included. Please contact the Conference Manager if you would like to purchase additional registrations or social function tickets.

All sponsorship costs are in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Sponsorship is not secured until a signed sponsorship agreement has been returned and payment received.

Invoices will be issued upon receipt of signed sponsorship agreement. Payment of invoice is due within 14 days of issue.

Following confirmed commitment, sponsorship is non-refundable.

Sponsorship entitlements will be delivered only upon full payment being received.

The Conference Committee retains the right to approve sponsor applications.

Sponsorship packages are not to be split or re-assigned unless prior consent has been given by the Conference Committee.

The Conference Committee has final say on all artwork, merchandise and publications that may highlight sponsor logos or artwork.

Information provided in this prospectus is correct at the time of publication. The Conference Committee reserve the right to amend sponsorship packages or add additional sponsorship packages as required.
