Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received on or before 30 October 2025 will receive a full refund (less fees).
- Cancellations received between 31 October and 21 November 2025 will be charged a one night cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after 22 November 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
- All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds are not made on credit card merchant fees paid at the time of booking.
Hougoumont Hotel

New Haus is the ‘modern brother hotel’ of Hougoumont Hotel, directly across the road. New Haus is for those looking for more room or a simpler style. All our rooms have been recently refurbished including brand new king size beds, carpets, curtains, lighting and 43 inch smart TVs.
The New Haus Room is the entry level room, while the Suite is the biggest room, including a lounge room and kitchenette.
